This was a desktop computer a Sheffield customer bought to us because it kept restarting and was very loud. We cleaned all the internal components, including the central processor’s heatsink and fan, motherboard, power supply unit and other fans. The system was then reliable with no random restarts and the fan ran at normal speed and sound level.

We aim to get the job done ASAP. If you need a callout we’ll come as quickly as possible. The majority of jobs done can be completed in 1-2 hours or less. For replacement screens and other parts not in stock, delivery usually takes a 1-3 days. We often work late and at the weekend so we can get computers back to Sheffield customers quickly, and like to keep customers updated throughout the process. We’re based in S20 postcode, for drop offs or callouts to anywhere in Sheffield (and further).
