Receipts are given which should be retained by the customer as they will be your guarantee in case of future problems and if a receipt is not given it is your responsibility to ask for one at time of pickup. Please keep your receipt as without your receipt we cannot help with things like replacing replacement parts under guarantee.
As with any service or product you buy, we assume you have the means to pay when ordering work or services and will pay upon completion/collection, just as you would at a car garage or launderette.
Payment forms accepted listed below but are are subject to change without notice so if you require a specific payment form please confirm ok with us before bring the device to us otherwise payment will have to be as we require.
- Bank transfer – Payment must be cleared into our account before pickup. Payment after pickup is not possible.
Credit / Debit Card– Sorry, not available because of fees we have to pay (this is due to a law targeted at big airlines and other big companies, but affects smaller businesses the most) method available until end of August 2020 because we don’t have to pay fees, not guaranteed available after that date (On request / dependent on service) Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, China Union Pay, Discover, Maestro, Visa Electron, V pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay Contactless (>£30 or maybe higher due to Corona), or, Chip+ PIN only (Swipe / signature / customer not present payments are not accepted) For payments over £100 card payments may not be possible to due the charges we have to pay
Receipts are always given and if not given, please ask at time of payment as it cannot be issued after.
