After becoming dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from a company I had been using for computer repairs for years, I decided it was time for a change. I chose Sheffield Computer Services, and I am very glad I did. The previous attempt at repair had left a working computer not recognising any of its internal drives and unbootable, and was told that it was on its last legs. Nathaniel got the computer recognising the drives and booting again and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro. He also took the time to make sure the latest drivers were installed for all aspects of the computer, especially the graphics drivers, which has enhanced its performance in that respect. Nathaniel was friendly, polite, courteous and respectful at all times, and managed to get a computer that according to the previous company was on its way out working well again. We’ll turn up on time and nearly always complete jobs in the quoted time. We like to do business so that the customer is as satisfied with the work months after the job as they were when it was initially completed – and do work to a good enough standard for the customer feel they want to come back to us in the future. We aim to get the job done ASAP. If you need a callout we’ll come as quickly as possible if possible. The majority of jobs done can be completed in 1-3 business days or less. For replacement screens and other parts not in stock, delivery usually takes about 1-3 days. We often work late and at the weekend so we can get computers back to Sheffield customers quickly, and like to keep customers updated throughout the process. We’re based in S20 Postcode for drop offs, or callouts to anywhere in Sheffield (and further).
