Data Recovery Service Information

We offer a data recovery service. It works as follows:

Bring us the storage device that needs data recovering from
(Also a good idea to bring another storage device with enough free space on it put the recovered data onto)
We will try and recover the data from the device and store it on one of our storage drives
Transfer the data to the other storage device you bought along or a new one we can purchase for you
Sometimes it is possible to get the storage device with the data on it working again but this isn’t part of the service price – it is often advisable to treat that device with caution because it has already had a problem

We aim to get the job done ASAP. If you need a callout we’ll come as quickly as possible. The majority of jobs done can be completed in 1-2 hours or less. For replacement screens and other parts not in stock, delivery usually takes a 1-3 days. We often work late and at the weekend so we can get computers back to Sheffield customers quickly, and like to keep customers updated throughout the process. We’re based in Woodseats, close to Chesterfield Road and Abbeydale Road, for drop offs or callouts to anywhere in Sheffield (and further).

We been repairing computers for years and know the best techniques to ensure the repair will last. We source quality parts that come with guarantees and won’t fail in a month or two. We’ll turn up on time and nearly always complete jobs in the quoted time. We like to do business so that the customer is as satisfied with the work months after the job as they were when it was initially completed – and do work to a good enough standard for the customer feel they want to come back to us in the future.
