Sometimes this is all you see and have no idea how to get back to your desktop. Usually its a problem with a graphics driver, wifi driver, antivirus, hard drive or a system update, and it’s usually fixable.

It’s hard to diagnose without seeing the machine, but we’ll always give you a quote and try our best to explain the problem and solution to you, as well as how (if possible) to prevent it happening in the future.

We aim to get the job done ASAP. If you need a callout we’ll come as quickly as possible. The majority of jobs done can be completed in 1-2 hours or less. For replacement screens and other parts not in stock, delivery usually takes a 1-3 days. We often work late and at the weekend so we can get computers back to Sheffield customers quickly, and like to keep customers updated throughout the process. We’re based in Woodseats, close to Chesterfield Road and Abbeydale Road, for drop offs or callouts to anywhere in Sheffield (and further).
