Regarding delivery or replacement parts, but understand and only progress with an order if you are happy with below.
- Delivery days are business days, Monday to Friday
- Deliveries arrive at all times of day, often in the afternoon or evening
- Delivery services are usually reliable, but are frustratingly out of our control. We can’t usually request a specific service from a supplier
- When ordering next day delivery, it usually is next day but it’s never guaranteed to be next day because it’s out of our control
- Next day delivery may get the part(s) to us the next day, but because this is sometimes too late in a day it doesn’t always allow us to fit and test parts that same day
- Next day delivery parts are often ordered to a local pickup point so we don’t miss a delivery – please bare in mind this requires time to then pickup ourselves
- If multiple parts are ordered, too often one gets delayed and delays the whole repair
- There is usually no or little helpful tracking infomation if requesting an update on progress.
