Understandably one normally wants their computer to be as responsive as possible. Why should you have to wait for a long time for the computer to start, to open internet explorer or to do any other task.
Computers running Windows will take different times to fully boot up due to different hardware configurations. Realistically, for an average computer, you should be at a stage to open a program a maximum of 1-3 minutes after pressing the on button. If it takes longer, we are sure we can help.
Work normally takes 30mins to 1.5 hours to complete. Occasionally, even after a long tuning process the computer speed will have hardly changed, sometimes things just can’t be improved. Our no rip offs, no-fix no fee and policies apply here. The only way to make a significant difference would be to reinstall windows, but you won’t be charge for the time trying to speed the machine up – that’s not how we do business.
