It’s so frustrating needing to use the internet and not being able to. Connection issues can happen for a variety of reasons:
- A router problem
- A connection problem the computer side
- Conflicts between antivirus and firewall programs
- Hardware failure

If you have an internet issue, try the followings things before contact us:
- Reboot the computer.
- Reboot the router.
- Push the small reset button on the router (but bare in mind this will reset any custom router settings)
- If you have laptop disable, wait, then re-enable the WiFi using the ‘special keys’ – something like ‘Fn + [button with WiFi symbol on it].
