Delivery times infomation:

Delivery times are estimates.
‘Normal’ delivery = 1-3 days
‘Europe’ delivery = 2-7 days
‘China fast’ delivery = 8-15 days
‘China slow’ delivery = 16-40 days
Usually, parts ordered before 1330 are posted the same day
Parts ordered after 1330 may not make the same day’s post
Delivery times during holiday times (Christmas, New Years, Bank Holidays, Chinese New Year etc.) are usually extended.

Used hardware will come with guarantee specified

We aim to get the job done ASAP. If you need a callout we’ll come as quickly as possible. The majority of jobs done can be completed in 1-2 hours or less. For replacement screens and other parts not in stock, delivery usually takes a 1-3 days. We often work late and at the weekend so we can get computers back to Sheffield customers quickly, and like to keep customers updated throughout the process. We’re based in Woodseats, close to Chesterfield Road and Abbeydale Road, for drop offs or callouts to anywhere in Sheffield (and further).
