- If you have trouble with getting in/around places, shouldn’t be too much of an access problem and if you need help just let us know.
- Please send an SMS with description of issues to fix + any passwords and info will need when working on the machine
- Let us know day+time you’ll come so can be sure to be in. Usually parking right outside. Let us know ASAP if plans change so other clients aren’t affected.
Also note before you come:
- **Bring power cable or charger**
- Bring other cables/adapters/chargers if not sure etc…or everything to be safe
- Best to disable all encryption before we do work as could save a lot of time and not being able to access/recover data
- Ensure you know your password as well as PIN for Windows and also password recovery info is up to date (sometimes fixes reset the PIN number and without this the user account can be inaccessible and extra work could be charged for as takes time). Best to disable PIN login entirely while in for repair to avoid this.
- Backup your data and ensure you know any encryptions keys before drop off. You should always have a backup safe with yourself and know any security info…there is a Windows update from Microsoft that can wipe all user data. We are careful with data but it is your responsibility to have a backup and access to security info
- If system is overclocked, setting may be reset to default values – we can’t support overclocked systems for reliability reasons and for only for advanced/Pro users.

- Please understand machines looked at in order recieved so good to tell us any time requirements or expectations before you make a drop off to us as sometimes we are very busy
- Drop-offs and pick-ups usually available any day of the week. Actual work is usually undertaken on weekdays only.
- Usual process is to drop off and leave with us for diagnosis/quote/work. If you need while you wait best to pre-arrange
- Please tell us all relevant info (in SMS text is good writing) or on sticker on machine, so we can diagnose best
- Ask about replacement hardware warranty before confirming work if concerned. Replacement screens typically come with either 3 or 6 month manufacturers warranties.
- Very detailed pricing on website, good to look at before you drop off
- £50 notes not accepted due to forgeries and difficulty depositing
- We like to show our work/examples on our website and social media, never personally identifable info/machine but please let us know if not ok and we won’t post images.
- Delivery times are estimates and with special holidays, needing multiple deliveries, poor postal services etc. can be longer and not in our control.
- When picking up, please remember to take back all things dropped off as may not be able to drop back to you.
