Really unusual job here which required a unique fix. Some silica balls (the type used to absorb moisture in packaging) had got stuck in the mic and headphone jacks of a laptop! We had to completely dismantle the laptop to be able to carefully removed the balls from the jacks.

We aim to get the job done ASAP. If you need a callout we’ll come as quickly as possible. The majority of jobs done can be completed in 1-2 hours or less. For replacement screens and other parts not in stock, delivery usually takes a 1-3 days. We often work late and at the weekend so we can get computers back to Sheffield customers quickly, and like to keep customers updated throughout the process.
